We're Going on a Bear Hunt
Follow the trail, swish through the grass and picnic beneath the trees — "what a beautiful day!"
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Step into a children's classic story... This summer, we’re partnering with Wild in Art and Walker Books to bring you a colourful trail of brilliant bears! Inspired by Michael Rosen's classic children's story, each bear sculpture tells it’s own story, beautifully painted and unique and hiding throughout the Gardens and Farm. Can you find them all?
Follow the trails of 10 bright and colourful bears through the gardens and farm. Swish through the long grass, venture through the pinetum forest and picnic beneath the trees!
Make it an outdoor adventure! In the gardens.... "We can't go over it. We can't go under it. We've got to go through it!" Find all 8 garden bears and collect the letters on each of the sculptures to solve our summer clue. Snap a photo with your favourite and enjoy our summer games!
Please note the Farm is closed on Mondays. Standard parkland, farm and garden entry fees apply. Garden entry is free for National Trust and RHS members.
