Get into the festive spirit
From wreath-making workshops and carol concerts to winter illuminations, find Christmas days out near you.
Step in from the winter chill and sing the night away at a festive concert this Christmas. With carol services and choirs performing at many of our places, you’ll find lots of ways to get in the Christmas spirit at these merry events near you.
Sip on mulled wine and warm up with us at a National Trust place decked out for Christmas. There’ll be plenty of mince pies for you to snack on as a brass band plays out the classics. Embrace the fading sunset with carol singing in the candlelight. Enjoy Tudor or Elizabethan caroling concerts at Lyveden in Northamptonshire, with festive programmes of music and family favourites. For mince pies, mulled wine and carol singing visit Sheffield Park and Garden in East Sussex, where you can sing the night away under the light of the giant Christmas tree. At Allan Bank in the Lake District, be serenaded by Harps North West, a local charity whose mission it is to spread newfound appreciation of the harp.
