Experience forest bathing at Antony Forest bathing is perfect for families looking to unwind and connect with nature. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the healing power of the woods.

Meet veteran trees, bring your curiosity and an open heart and explore ways of creating musical soundscapes.

Experience mindfulness and bond with your loved ones amidst the beauty of the great outdoors.

Participants will create music (no experience necessary) and experience mindfulness under the branches of the cork oak tree or play open tuned instruments with the ancient black walnut tree.

Sessions will be held from 10.30am-12noon on Tuesdays in August.
