What to bring and wear

This is an indoor event and it will go ahead unless there is a severe weather warning which recommends restricting travel. Please wear layers.

Accessibility

Access to the site via an accessible gently sloped ramp. Accessible toilet on site. Seating & Performance: The meeting will involve both sitting and standing. Seats will be provided, please bring a cushion if you want to as seats are hard.

Although the presentation content does not require an age restriction or parental guidance for children, it is designed for an adult audience. The event will open at 4pm for a 4.15pm start event will finish at 6pm
