Penrose social walks - Penrose Hill

Join us for a social walk at Penrose, guided by a volunteer walk leader.

Everyone is welcome to join us for a gentle walk from Penrose Hill car park taking in the parkland at Penrose, as part of our social walk series. The walk is approximately 3 miles in length and will take around 2 hours.

The walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and offer the opportunity for anybody to spend time in nature and meet new people. Everyone is welcome, of all abilities and experience, and the walk leader will facilitate the walk to ensure everybody feels comfortable.

This route includes uneven ground, possibly steps and stiles. There are toilets available on this route.

Meeting point

This walk will start Penrose Hill car park information board (TR13 0RB or what3words:///elbowing.prime.tinted)

Suitability for children

Children welcome, adult supervision required at all times.

What to bring and wear

Wear clothing suitable for all weather, ideally layers with waterproofs and comfortable, sturdy footwear.

Dogs welcome on a lead.
