These events are run in partnership with Wild Wonder and Wisdom CIC.

These sessions aim to explore how people can enjoy and benefit from Cornwall's beautiful coastal environments, particularly those who may face barriers to accessing nature and outdoor spaces. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy guided walks, discover local wildlife, do some gentle yoga or take part in creative nature-based activities to experience the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors.

Sessions will be delivered by trained staff and volunteers in a friendly group setting, with support available to help people feel comfortable and included.

Coastal Connections is a new project led by the North & South Cornwall Coasts team at the National Trust. It is supported by funding from Cornwall Council's Health Determinants Research Collaboration and working in partnership with Wild Wonder and Wisdom CIC.
