Cornwall Arthritis Trust have partnered with National Trust Trelissick to offer some 'Freedom to Move’ sessions.
These include education and tips on how you can live well and keep mobile and active even if you have joint or back pain, as well as gentle movement sessions based on Pilates and chair based exercises for those who are less agile (specifically if you have Arthritis or a Musculoskeletal Condition).
The sessions also include time to connect with others who may have similar problems and enjoy some light refreshments.
The sessions will take place at Trelissick in the Barn 12 March, 28 April, 12 May, 2 June, 30 June, 7 July, 8 September and 22 September 1pm-3pm
The cost is £6 per session to include the refreshments
