July is a wonderful month for exploring the farm for wildflowers and grasses.

Join Dr Ken Neal, ecologist, for a walk and talk at Southdown Farm. Whether you are a total beginner or a keen enthusiast, Ken will be identifying plants and telling you more about them. There will also be time to find out how a nature-friendly approach to farming is increasing the quantity and diversity of wildflowers in and around the farm.

- What to bring and wear
Dress for the weather, it's an exposed farm so bring layers. Sturdy boots are best for the uneven ground. Please bring a drink and snack.

Some steep hills but going at a slow pace. Approx. 2 to 3 miles.
