Join Killerton Area Ranger Griselda on a guided walk through Ashclyst Forest, where you'll have the chance to plant a tree for your little one along the route. The walk is designed for parents with very young children and babies. Suitable for baby carriers and off-road pushchairs.
From Forest Gate car park, the walk will follow the green route, along the bridleway, stop off for tree planting, then continue in a loop along the green route.
Approximately 2.5km/2 hours.
Some elevation and uneven ground. It can be muddy in places so is unsuitable for regular pushchairs and wheelchairs. Sturdy shoes recommended.
There will be baby changing facilities available at the tree planting site.
Well behaved dogs welcome (will need to be on a lead during tree planting).
This walk is free of charge however booking is essential. A National Trust membership is not required to take part in this walk.
