Fancy getting out in nature before the summer holidays end? Curious to discover a new corner of the countryside on your doorstep? Join us for a free woodland after-care and open day in the beautiful Killerton countryside at Elbury, just adjacent to Cranbrook country park. Enjoy a family-friendly day of tree surveys, mulching, and exploration of the newly opened woodland and footpaths.
This site is part of our Plymouth and South Devon Community Forest project, which saw 70,000 trees planted across 93 hectares and three sites during winter 2024/25 with help from local communities in Cranbrook and Broadclyst. Come and see how the woodland is growing, learn how we care for young trees, and find out how you can be part of its future. Children and dogs welcome!
