Parkrun at Bolberry Down

If you enjoy running, jogging or just a brisk walk with the dog, why not join a number of others on a 5km route each Saturday morning at 9am?

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

Parkrun is free to take part in and everyone, regardless of age or ability is welcome (under 11s must run with a responsible adult). The 5km route at Bolberry is mostly flat and enjoys sweeping views of the sea and sky.

Initially following the tarmac path, the trail then winds its way back along the wide coast path.

Please be aware that the approach to Bolberry Down is through narrow country lanes. Courteous driving on our rural lanes is essential for safety and maintaining good relations with other road users.

Here are some key guidelines: Car share where possible. Free parking is available at Malborough village hall. Leave plenty of time to arrive, it may not look far on a map, but it takes a long time to drive to us. Slow down and stay alert - the rural lanes can have sharp bends, blind spots, and hidden entrances. Look out for pedestrians, cyclists, horse riders, farm vehicles, and wildlife.
