Spring garden tours

Join one of Saltram's garden team for a walk and talk. Learn about the history of the garden and its highlights during late Spring. Gain some insider knowledge of how its looked after, you might even pick up some tips to take home with you.

Meeting at 11am by the Stables flower bed, approximately 45-minute tour. Garden admission ticket applies, tour free to join, no booking required.

Tours dates on Wednesdays 17th April, and 1st, 15th & 29th May.

The basics

Meeting point

Meeting by the Stables bed, which is on your left once your have taken the path from the Welcome Centre into the garden. A 'meeting point' board will be in place as a marker point.

What to bring and wear

Dress for the weather as tour is fully outdoors. The tour follows gravelled paths, but may go to other areas that may be muddy, so wear suitable footwear.

Accessibility

The tour follows gravelled paths that are fairly level and suitable for wheelchairs. There are some slopes in places. The tour is approximately 45 minutes and will be walking & standing for duration.
