Signed tour of Hardy Monument

This is a tour of Hardy Monument arranged especially for our deaf and hard of hearing communities which will be fully signed by one of our volunteers.

We want to welcome our deaf and hard of hearing community to Hardy Monument for a special signed tour which will be signed by our BSL trained volunteer.

The tour will last approximately 20 minutes and after you will be free to climb the 120 steps to the top of the Monument and walk the landscape around it.

We are also offering signed tours at three other houses - Max Gate (9th May), Clouds Hill 19 June) and Hardy's Cottage (23rd May).

Meeting point

Please park for free at the National Trust Hardy Monument car park and then make your way to the front door of the Monument.

What to bring and wear

The introductory talk will be outside as the inside of the Monument is very small. If the weather is very wet or very windy the tour may be cancelled so please keep an eye on your emails.
