Meet at What3Words///oven.glassware.devalued. The meeting point can be found by going down the main Knoll Beach driveway and entering the first carpark on the left. Follow the sign
- What to bring and wear
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise, bring a mat or towel to lie on & drinking water. Sun cream & sunglasses are advised.

Mixed and uneven terrain throughout. Designated accessible parking. Accessible toilets at Knoll Beach, Middle Beach and Shell Bay.

For participating U18s the accompanying adult does not have to take part but does have to be present.
