Feel good with nature-based coach-led games using play, movement and creativity.

Sessions are playful nature-based games for parents and children, aimed at building motor skills and connection with self through gentle movements, music, fun, creativity and 'feeling'.
Available as a drop in session every Friday in August 10am-12pm.
