Easter egg hunt at Shaw's Corner

Mr Bee’s long winter nap is over! This Easter weekend, take delight in helping him wake up the rest of his garden friends.

Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. The trail takes place between 29 March and 1 April, from 10.30am to 12.30pm, with last entry at 12.00pm, so come along and explore the beautiful gardens of Shaw's Corner. Prices are £3 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.

*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.

While parents unwind, children are invited to explore our charming garden and take part in interactive activities designed to engage their senses and curiosity. Alongside Mr. Bee, they’ll learn how flowers bud and discover the vibrant birdlife that graces our garden in spring. Upon completion, a delicious chocolate egg will be available to collect.

With its intimate setting and limited capacity of just 10 children per time slot, our enclosed garden provides the perfect sanctuary for families seeking a tranquil and personalised Easter experience. Whether you're introducing little ones to the wonders of nature or seeking a peaceful outing with older adults and grandparents, Mr. Bee’s adventure promises a memorable celebration of spring’s arrival.

This event is outdoors so please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

Accessibility

Our garden has hard surfaced paths that are suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. There are two sets of steps in the garden but these can be avoided by going around them on low gradient grass verges.

Other

Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at all times.
