The Summer of Play lands at Snowshill with something to keep the whole family entertained.

From Saturday 18 June to Sunday 30 August, enjoy Snowshill’s Summer of Play, filled with creativity and activities inspired by Charles Wade and the local landscape.
Garden games will be in Piper’s Orchard for families of all ages to enjoy as well as self-led craft activities.
Creative workshops and events held during the summer holidays will include:
- Decoupage with Sarah Hutchinson-Jarman, local author and artist (20 July)
- Face painting by Cheltenham Face Painting (23 July, 6 August and 20 August)
- Promising Artists ‘Play and Create’ workshops (28 July and 11 August)
- Creative writing with Sarah Hutchinson-Jarman (3 August)
Explore the gardens together and discover the enchanting Wolf’s Cove model village in the garden and watch the Wolf’s Cove Express arrive every Tuesday from 12–3pm.
Inside the Manor House, explore Charles Wade’s extraordinary collection from around the world. The costume collection is one of the most important parts of Wade's collection and every day in summer, there are replica 18th century costume items that the whole family can try on, located in the back courtyard of the manor.
