The Snowshill Sketchbook Sessions

Following the success of the previous course Kitty McLeod is returning to run a third Snowshill Sketchbook Session. You will be introduced to watercolours to begin filling a sketchbook with delightful drawings in and around Snowshill Manor.

Always wanted to start a sketchbook? Never known where to start? Ideal for the beginner, this course will guide you with practical drawing exercises and introduce you to using watercolours to begin filling a sketchbook with delightful drawings in and around Snowshill Manor. No experience necessary. A desire to learn to make art, essential!

Join our Snowshill Sketchbook Sessions and unlock your creativity. Our lessons are tailored for those with little-to-no experience in art but feel the desire to discover and create. At the end of the course, you will have honed your skills and gained confidence in your ability to produce your own artwork. Start your journey as an artist today.

This is a 2-day course on 13 and 14 August, 10:00am - 3:30pm.

Small class size which gives plenty of 1-2-1 tuition during the sessions with Kitty.

The tutor, Kitty Skye McLeod, of Promising Artists, trained at Ravensbourne University London and the University of Gloucestershire. She has been teaching art and creative workshops with children and adults of all ages nationally since 2010. She has experience in delivering fine art drawing & painting, illustration, printmaking, animation and life drawing classes.

What to bring and wear

Price includes a starter set comprising of good quality sketchbook, watercolours, brushes and pencils for you to keep. You will spend lots of your time outside so please dress for the temperature.
