Summer Evenings at Tinkley Gate

Join us on Fridays and Saturdays throughout July for evening openings. Play board and lawn games, enjoy walks, have pizza and new sundaes with our "dessert club" offer in a relaxing environment with views over the Stroud valleys. Gates close at 8pm.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Whether you've been elsewhere all day and want to unwind, or if you just wish you could stay a little longer, you can now enjoy later closing times at Tinkley Gate, Woodchester Park on these select dates in July. With the park extending its hours to 8pm, and the café extending to 7.30pm (last orders for pizza at 7pm), these later evenings allow our visitors to:

- Stay later, enjoy dinner with wood fire pizzas and our new "dessert club" menu - Enjoy drinks (available in the cafe) - Play board games (bring your own or try some of the games and puzzles left out for you) - Play lawn games such as football, croquet and swing ball - Enjoy nature from the comfort of the cafe, a hammock, a deck chair or bring a picnic blanket and set up your own space - Bring a group, a partner or come alone

Select evenings will also have events to look out for - listed separately on our website.
