Borthwood Copse Litter Pick
Join us for a gentle afternoon caring for Borthwood Copse and come and join our Community Litter Pick.
- Booking not needed
- Free event
Step into the peaceful woodland of Borthwood Copse on Sunday 18 January and be part of a simple act that makes a big difference. From 1pm to 2.30pm, together with the Youth Trust and the Mason Foundation we’ll come together for a community litter pick, helping to keep this much-loved place beautiful for everyone who visits, and for the wildlife that calls it home.
As you wander beneath ancient trees, you’ll be lending a hand to protect habitats where red squirrels forage and wildflowers bloom. Every piece of litter removed helps safeguard these delicate ecosystems, ensuring Borthwood remains a haven for nature for generations to come.
Whether you stay for the whole session or just drop by, your contribution matters. Families are welcome too, with mini games for little ones adding a touch of fun to the afternoon.
No booking needed, just bring your enthusiasm and join us in caring for one of the Isle of Wight’s most treasured woodlands.
