Join Lucy for a gentle and nourishing yoga session to celebrate the Summer Solstice, set amidst the peaceful surroundings of Mottistone Gardens.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice and harness the energy around the longest day of the year at Mottistone Gardens. Enjoy the beauty of the gardens from a fresh perspective, making the most of the light and abundance of nature.

Lucy will guide you through a 75-minute session of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation, helping you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Experience the tranquillity of your surroundings while nourishing your body and calming your mind, embracing the unique beauty and energy of the solstice.

Lucy is a registered and experienced yoga teacher who emphasises the combined benefits of movement and nature for overall wellbeing.

Please arrive at Visitor Reception by 6:20pm, as the session will begin promptly.

This event takes place outdoors. In the event of bad weather, it will be postponed, and you will be notified the day before. Please provide your telephone number when booking.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Come to the Visitor Reception at the Gardens where you will be greeted and directed to the yoga space.

What to bring and wear

Exercise clothing is advised. Please do bring your own yoga mat and water.
