Chartwell's Storybook Christmas - Classic Storytelling Sessions
Warm up with a hot chocolate and some festive treats and listen to extracts from classic childhood books.

This Christmas we are celebrating the favourite childhood books of Winston Churchill's daughter Mary. Head to our cosy Cottage nestled in the gardens of Chartwell to hear extracts from books such as Alice in Wonderland, Black Beauty, A Christmas Carol and the Princess and the Goblin.
Tickets are £5 and include a snack. Christmas jumpers are encouraged.
Event dates Monday 11 and Thursday 14 December 11:00-12:00 and 13:00-14:00 (these sessions will be aimed at preschool children) 18 and 21 December 11:00-12:00 and 13:00-14:00 (these sessions will be aimed at children over the age of 4)
Normal admission applies to the Chartwell gardens. Due to capacity there is only room for one adult per child inside the event space however they do not need to purchase their own storytelling ticket.
