Join Tansy Downman for an inspiring talk exploring the quiet wisdom of the autumn season and how nature’s rhythms can guide the way we live, adapt and restore balance. Drawing on deep connection with the natural world, Tansy reflects on what this time of year can teach us about slowing down, letting go and preparing for renewal. This talk offers a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with the rhythms of the landscape around us. Followed by a Q&A.
About the speaker: Tansy Dowman is an award-winning Forest Bathing practitioner, TEDx speaker and outdoor wellbeing facilitator specialising in nature connection, mindful walking and workplace wellbeing. Through her work, Tansy helps people reconnect with themselves and the natural world through calming, sensory-led experiences designed to reduce stress, support wellbeing and encourage a deeper sense of presence and connection. She has delivered experiences for corporate organisations, heritage venues, community groups and wellbeing events across the UK.

Early bird full-day passes for talks taking place on Sunday 18 October are available for £25 until 31 August.
Individual talk tickets for the Sunday sessions will be available at the standard adult rate from 1 September priced at £10.
