- Free event
Quebec House is known as the childhood home of James Wolfe, but the story of the house and its occupants is far broader. Discover how the house changed its name, shape and even its purpose in this free exhibition which runs from Friday 6 to Sunday 15 September, presented in collaboration with Westerham Town Partnership.
Learn more about the town’s heritage by picking up Westerham Society’s free trail sheet which starts and finishes at Quebec House. Amongst the highlights to spot are the statues of James Wolfe and fellow Westerham resident, Winston Churchill as well as the home of Alice (of Alice in Wonderland) Liddell’s house.
