Guided Garden Tours: Long grass management (13-29 August)

Allowing grass to grow longer in certain areas of your garden has many benefits. Learn how we manage the meadows at Scotney to benefit wildlife and increase biodiversity.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Scotney has one of the best examples of a garden designed along Picturesque principles in the United Kingdom. Join a guided garden tour (free with your entry ticket) to discover what this means.

Learn how we build on the vision of the Hussey family, how we garden to encourage wildlife and biodiversity, and how we plant and care for the garden to mitigate the impacts of climate change.
