Join us for a celebration of this delicate flower with a range of free pop-up activities around the site this May. All activities are free with standard admission.
NOTE: Although our irises tend to be in bloom during this period, we cannot always guarantee this.

- Pop in on artist Sheryl Pape as she paints irises on the Oak Lawn in the Cutting Garden
Saturday 16 May:
- Join one of our free talks by Iris experts upstairs in the Oast Exhibition Space, including:
- 'An interview with Sarah Cook' by Jim Marshall, 11:30am - 12:30pm
- 'Seeds of Influence: Cedric Morris and the Benton End Generation' by Lucy Skellorn, 2pm - 3pm
- 'Sissinghurst - from a gardener’s perspective' by Jade Wall (Sissinghurst gardener), 3:30pm - 4pm
