Heritage Open Days - Guided Heritage Walk

We are delighted to be hosting these free guided heritage walks as part of Heritage Open Days week - England’s largest festival of history and culture.

Join a member of our team on a free guided walk. This will take you on a journey to learn the history of Aira Force and exploring its designed landscape features and the work the National Trust have been doing with nature and the local landscape to restore and compliment these features.

Booking is not essential but we recommend you book so we have an idea of numbers.

Appropriate outdoor shoes and suitable clothing for the weather

Accessibility

Accessible toilets in main car park. Grounds partly accessible, there are some loose gravel paths, slopes and areas of undulating terrain. Full access information can be found on our website.
