Meeting point

Check in at the visitor welcome desk in the house to pay for admission to the house, or to scan your National Trust membership card.

What to bring and wear

Comfortable clothing.

Accessibility

Pedestrian access and limited Blue Badge vehicle access only onsite. Please use public pay and display car parks in Grasmere village and allow plenty of time before the event to find parking and walk up the hill to Allan Bank. Visitors can be dropped at the gate.

Other

There will be sharp plastic tools for carving the pumpkin.
