Deepening Connections Day

Reset and refresh. Take a day to explore the world and your place in it.

  • Booking essential

Take a day to explore the world and your place in it. This is a chance to reset, refresh and to remember the bigger picture for ourselves and the environment. The morning will be a Deep Time Walk, helping to place ourselves within the span of Earth’s history. We will use the afternoon to recognise and celebrate the wonder of having a life, identifying what matters to us most and how we might best use the time we have. The day includes lunch and refreshments around the campfire. Gareth Thomas is a level three Advanced Wilderness Therapy practitioner, with a passion for supporting people to develop and grow through deeper connections with the natural world.
