Spookily festive storytelling

Indulge in a Tudor festive favourite and listen to some spooky stories by the fire.

  • Booking essential

Did you know that the Tudors loved to share ghost stories on Christmas Eve? Join Marion Leeper by the fire for a festive evening of traditional ghost stories.

The earlier performance is intended for a family audience with funny, spooky, join-in stories with the occasional jump.

In the later session, adults and brave older children will hear some of the tales that would have sent the Tudors to bed shivering and quaking (and not just with the cold).

We'll be serving mulled wine and non-alcoholic punch when you arrive to get you in the festive spirit.
