Foraging Workshop (One and a half hour session)

Discover seasonal wild foods and learn to forage safely while still leaving plenty of Mother Earth's bounty for nature.

Join a foraging workshop with local expert Lizzy to discover some delectable wild foods that can make seasonal safe additions to your diet.

We will hunt for wild fruits, herbs, mushrooms and plants, teaching key identifying features and preferred habitats. This will give you a solid start on your wild food journey.

You may like to bring a camera, notepad and water bottle. Please make sure you have sturdy and comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.

This workshop may take you to areas of Lyveden with mud, slopes, steps and unpredictable surfaces. Please call if you would like to discuss you accessibility needs.
