We’re delighted to be working with Lancashire Wildlife Trust to trial cattle grazing this winter in the area south of Devil’s Hole. The grazing trial is part of our conservation work to restore the dune habitat across the site by reducing areas of invasive scrub to protect the natural balance of the dunes and the rare wildlife that depends on them.
We’re holding a number of walk and talks in October before the cattle arrive, where you can find out more about the conservation benefits they will bring and ask any questions you may have.
Everyone is welcome and you don’t need to pre-book.
Car parking charges still apply, members park for free.
