Join us for some creative crafts celebrating Charlotte Bronte's connections to the Kay-Shuttleworth's of Gawthorpe Hall. You can make your own mini book to write in and decorate as you want or create a Victorian style silhouette picture.
Listen to readings from the Bronte novels, try on some Victorian dress up or take a 'selfie' with Charlotte Bronte in the Long Gallery.
As an added bonus if your first name is Charlotte you get free entry to the Hall on 31 July (please bring proof).
Also Graham Watson author of the latest biography 'The Invention of Charlotte Bronte' will be here signing copies of his book during the afternoon. (He will be giving a talk, see separate event listing to book on, £8 per person).
