Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a day of calm, creativity, and connection. Hosted by Connect With The Forest, this retreat invites you to experience the healing power of nature through a blend of mindful and creative practices.
What to Expect:
- Gentle Yoga & Breathwork: Rebalance your body and mind with movement and breath in a serene outdoor setting
- Guided Forest Bathing: Slow down and awaken your senses with a peaceful walk through the park’s ancient trees and riverside paths.
- Creative Expression: Explore nature-inspired art or journaling to deepen your connection with the landscape.
- Mindfulness & Meditation: Ground yourself with guided practices designed to restore clarity and calm.
Your day will start with Yoga with Be Happy Yoga studio founder, Lesley Muir, followed by Forest Bathing led by Nigel Grimes. After lunch you'll move a guided painting workshop with internationally renowned artist and teacher, Irina Taneva.
