What to bring and wear

A mat, blanket or towel for sitting on the grass. Comfortable clothes for gentle movement. Water bottle and sun protection (hat, sunscreen). A journal and pen (optional).

Accessibility

This event takes place outdoors on grass in a quiet area of the park. The ground is mostly flat but may be uneven in places. Unfortunately, there is no cover or seating provided. Please let the organisers know in advance if you have specific access needs so they can offer support where possible.
