Asian Women Run aims to create a safe and welcoming space for Asian women to discover the joy of movement. The group now spans two locations one in London and the other in Midlands and has supported hundreds of women from complete beginners to marathon finishers to come together as a community to help encourage movement and there is no pressure of a personal best (PB). The run is organised by AWR but open to everyone who is keen to get active this summer.
The family fun 5K and 10K is a walk, run or jog and it's free for people to register and sign up. It's on Sunday 26th July. The meeting point is at Osterley House at 9.30am for registration and starts at 10am. Cut off time 12pm so allows for walking pace. Please note that free parking is for the event only - you will need to provide your vehicle registration number at the front desk. The 10k route includes Osterley's formal landscape garden. The park is open to have a picnic afterwards. Children must be accompanied at all times.
