Guided walk: Horsey Windpump and estate

Join our walk leader on a guided walk around the Horsey estate.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

From our starting point at Horsey Windpump, the walk leader will guide you on a 4.5-mile (7.2km) circular walk. We will head out into the tranquil countryside that surrounds the windpump, flanked by reedbeds and low-lying grazing marsh, passing the old Brograve drainage mill and return via the village of Horsey and All Saints Church with its thatched roof and round Saxon tower, or head towards Horsey beach. There will be opportunities to stop along the way as we take in the abundant wildlife, best views, and points of interest. This route is great for spotting birds, dragonflies and butterflies.

The walk will take about 2.5 hours to complete. Sorry, no dogs allowed.
