SEND outdoor games with Smile Through Sport: Summer of Play at Crook Hall Gardens

Outdoor games and activities for young people aged 8-19 years with SEND.

  • Booking essential
  • Free event

Have a go at a variety of games and activities with trained coaches. Sessions will be tailored to the needs and interests of participating young people on the day.

Activities may include throwing and catching games, obstacle courses and boccia - a game related to bowls and petanque which tests precision and accuracy. At a Paralympic level the sport is designed for athletes with severe physical disabilities. However, boccia is played and enjoyed by people of all abilities.

This is a free event, but please book your place. Free admission is included with your ticket.

Smile Through Sport is a North East based disability sport charity.
