Follow the North star to Gibside Stables for an enchanting encounter with Father Christmas and his pointy-eared friend in a specially created smaller, quieter version of this immersive theatre experience.

Embrace time together with loved ones and feel the spirit of Christmas during this interactive story time. Expect cartoonish capers from a clumsy misguided elf and discover what Father Christmas is up to on the lead to the big day.

While Mr. Claus tinkers away he’ll tell tales of his festive adventures before checking who’s made it onto his naughty or nice list. Children can join in, much like a pantomime and will take home a Christmas tree decoration. Before Father Christmas says goodbye, families will be offered a chance to take photographs with him.

There are five relaxed sessions available, designed for audiences with specific access requirements. The capacity of these sessions will be limited. They're created for young people and adults who feel most comfortable with smaller audiences and reduced audio volumes.
