Oh Yes It Is ... A Fairytale Christmas

The decorated hall is open every from 10.30am Friday - Monday, from Friday 28 November until Monday 22 December. Last entry to the house is at 2.45pm, with the house closing at 3.30pm. The café and grounds are open until 4pm.

The scene is set for a fairy tale themed Christmas at Ormesby Hall. The rooms will be adorned with sparkling lights, fairy tale inspired decorations and the fresh sweet smell of winter foliage from the garden.

From the moment you arrive you will enter a fairy tale atmosphere in the house, with Christmas trees and decorations from some of the most beloved fairy tales, such as Hansel and Gretel, Snow White and Cinderella.

On selected dates, children will be able to enjoy storytelling by Mrs Christmas and outside families will be able to explore a winter trail around the gardens.

In the stables there will be Christmas crafts available that children can do and take home with them. These are an additional £1.50 per pack.

On each Saturday that Ormesby Hall is open for Christmas, we will have live festive music for you in the stables courtyard. Artists will be playing between noon and 2.30pm. This is included in normal admission.

Tasty seasonal food and hot drinks will be available from the café, open 10.30am – 4pm, with last orders at 3.30pm.

Normal admission applies to visit Ormesby Hall, house, garden and cafe. Please note, last entry into the house is at 2.45pm.
