Add a touch of magic to your visit to Ormesby Hall with a visit to Father Christmas!
Join Father Christmas and his friendly Elf in the festively decorated Library to tell him your Christmas wishes, before receiving a special gift to take home.
Father Christmas will see 6 children per timeslot. Each child and their family will get their own dedicated time with Father Christmas and his elf within the 30-minute time slot that you have booked and so you may have a short wait once you arrive in the Entrance Hall.
To make the visit extra special please tell us your child's name, age and something about them at the checkout.
The event is likely to sell out fast - so book soon to avoid disappointment.
Please note: Non - National Trust members will need to pay normal admission prices on arrival at Ormesby Hall, in addition to the pre-paid cost to meet Father Christmas.
During the winter weekends, Ormesby Hall is open 10.30am – 4pm, last entry to site 3pm. Visitors with 2.30pm timeslot tickets, please be aware the house, garden and cafe will close as your session ends. Make the most of your day out by visiting Ormesby Hall before you see Father Christmas.
The event runs each weekend, from Saturday 25 November- Sunday 17 December.

Please arrive for your booked timeslot and on arrival stop at the welcome hut. Then head to the house five minutes before the start of your timed session.
- What to bring and wear
Although indoors, the Library is an unheated, historic room in the mansion and can be colder in the winter months – we recommend wrapping up warmly for the experience.
- Accessibility
There is ramped access into the Entrance Hall and level access into the Library. Please see the Ormesby Hall website for the full access statement or contact the property team to discuss your requirements on 01642 328904.
- Other
All children must be accompanied by an adult. There is a maximum number of two adults per booking. Tickets are non refundable, so please select your tickets, date, and time with care. Babies (under 18 months) not requiring a gift can enter with the family for free. However, if you would like a gift for your baby, please book a child ticket.
