Workout together with gentle stretches and mindful movement in this family-friendly yoga session, perfect for all ages, from toddlers to teens, parents and grandparents.
Kalma Life take an innovative approach to yoga, incorporating sensory play, dance and games to keep kids of all ages engaged.
Aimed at kids 3+ and their families, but open to all. Free, no need to book, just meet on the day.

The basics

Aimed at kids 3+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre, near to the Lighthouse car park.
- What to bring and wear
Comfy clothing and shoes that you can exercise in.
- Accessibility
There are accessible toilets in Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre - one inside and one outside the entrance. Level access into the centre. If you have any questions, please email souter@nationaltrust.org.uk.
