Treat yourself to a hot drink and a tasty bake at the Clocktower Café, then stop by the National Trust shop and browse the inspiring ranges to pick out a souvenir or a gift for someone special. From homewares and garden accessories to books, toiletries and pocket-money toys, there’s something for the whole family.

Eating at Wallington

The Clocktower Café

A visit to Wallington wouldn't be complete without a refreshing drink or a tasty treat from our Clocktower Café, which overlooks the grassy courtyard at the heart of Wallington. Drop in and choose from a range of hot and cold drinks, hot food and snacks, sandwiches and homemade cakes and scones. Open daily 10am-4pm.

Please note: From Monday 20 to Thursday 23 January, a brand new floor is being laid in the downstairs seating area of the Clocktower Cafe.

During this time, the only indoor seating in the cafe will be upstairs and unfortunately there is no step-free access to the upstairs seating area. The full menu is available, with table service during this time. The outdoor seating area remains open and takeaways are available from the courtyard kiosk. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Wood-fired pizza van

Open 12pm-3pm every day in the school holidays and on weekends in West Wood, next to the Play Fort, offering four fab options;

  • Margherita/ Vegan Margherita

  • Bacon, Brie and Red onion marmalade

  • Oak-smoked Sausage and Red onion

  • Spinach, Feta, Olive, Pepper

Kiosks

There are two kiosks at Wallington. The Dragon Kiosk is next to the play areas in West Wood – perfect for getting a drink or snack while the kids are busy having fun. This is open on weekends in term time and every day on the school holidays 11am to 3pm. The Garden Kiosk in the beautiful Walled Garden is now cloased for the season.

Ice cream parlour

Is now closed for the season.

Most of the food and drink served is prepared on site in our kitchen, using a wide range of ingredients. As a result, we can’t guarantee that any of our food and drink products are completely allergen free. 

If you have an allergy or intolerance and would like ingredient information about the food and drink served, please ask the staff, who will be happy to help.

Visited before? We sometimes change our recipes to improve quality and flavour, including the ingredients. When you visit, please speak to one of our team to check the current allergen information for your favourite dish.

Shopping at Wallington

Treat yourself in the shops during your visit or take some time to pick out that perfect gift for someone special from our inspiring ranges. From home and garden accessories to tasty treats, books and pocket money toys, the whole family can enjoy a spot of shopping at Wallington.

If you're left inspired after a visit to the gardens, the Plant Centre situated in the Courtyard next to the shops offers a wide variety of flowers and shrubs, many of which can be found in the gardens here at Wallington.

Wallington's shops are open 11am-4pm.
