Guided walk at Wallington: Winter walk

Join our knowledgeable volunteers for a walk through the woodlands and beside farmland, discovering more about how this special place has changed over the years.

This route explores the West Woods at Wallington, including the Wellbeing Woods and looks at how the rangers manage the site, as well as some historical information. The walk is 2.3 miles, and will take approximately 1 hr 20 minutes. A leisurely walk suitable for beginners/ intermediate level of fitness.

What to bring and wear

Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothing/ sun protection are recommended.

Accessibility

Route includes woodland, gravel and grass paths. There are a couple of sections which can become muddy in wet weather. There are some benches on the route. There is some on road walking, on a quiet road.

Other

Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to join.
