Crafted Christmas: create a clay leaf

This year, we’re inviting visitors and local crafters to help bring Christmas to life at Wallington by creating some unique handmade decorations.
Each room’s decorations will highlight a different material and craft style, celebrating both historic and contemporary techniques connected to the Wallington’s heritage.
When you step into the drawing room this year there'll be a striking ceramic installation taking centre stage. A geometric ‘tree’ made from more than 750 individually handcrafted leaves. Get hands-on this summer and create a unique clay leaf for the 'tree' in these free drop-in sessions, suitable for all ages.
You will be able to collect your leaf after Christmas. More details will be provided at the drop-in session.
