Find yourself in 19th century Castle Ward when the water-powered mill is fired up.
Once a tidal mill, the lovingly restored water mill powers a host of machinery to turn wheat into edible grains. You'll be transported back in time to a everyday life at Castle Ward in the 18th and 19th centuries as you listen the to the machines clunk and whirr and watch the massive grindstones in action.
Volunteers will be on hand to demonstrate and answer questions about the workings of the mill.
