Luna Yoga with Zara is a fantastic teacher based on the North Coast who will take you through a beautiful practice leaving you refreshed, energised and clear in body and mind.
So, join Zara on the mat, let go of any expectations, judgements or fear you may have and move your body, get to know your body and mind better than before, trust us it’s so worth it!
Experience includes light refreshments after yoga and mediation, please indicate any dietary requirements you may have on booking.
Note, guests need to bring their own mat. Experience suitable for beginners and experienced yoga students.

- What to bring and wear
The temple is a large stone building and can feel cold at times. Please bring warm layers, particularly for the meditation elements of the experience. Extra socks, hats and warm blanket advised.
