Immerse yourself in nature as a National Trust gardening volunteer leads you on a brief walk to wooded areas to gather your own wild garlic. Memory Makers will then show you how to create tasty condiments using your foraged garlic, perfect for enhancing spring salads, barbecues, and cheeses.
The workshop will last about 1.5 hours and will include: A guided foraging walk led by a National Trust gardening volunteer A step-by-step demonstration with the chance to make your own wild garlic condiments Tasting Memory Makers' condiments with local cheese and biscuits
