Block Printing Tote Bag Workshop - Ideal for Mother's Day

Join Rachel Fearnley Designs at Clumber to print a unique tote bag to take home. Learn a new skill in the beautiful setting of the Parsonage at Clumber Park.

  • Booking essential

Come and join Rachel Fearnley Designs to print a sustainable and unique tote bag. During the session, you will be introduced to block printing using handcrafted wooden blocks. The blocks are homemade from recycled and rescued wood. You will design and print a tote bag. A break for refreshments of a hot drink and cake or bake will give time for one side of the tote to begin to dry before you print the other side. All materials and refreshments are included in the price. The tote bags are made from 100% GOTS Certified cotton by a women’s co-operative in India.

Let your imagination drive your creation and have some quiet time crafting.

The session is suitable for beginners and experienced block printers.

The workshops take place between 10:00 -12:00 and 13:00-15:00 in the Parsonage, within the main visitor facilities at Clumber Park. £50 per participant. A hot drink or tea or coffee and cake or bake will be provided. All materials will be supplied.
