National Relaxation Day is a day dedicated to promoting and prioritising self-care and relaxation, aiming to encourage people to take a step back from their busy lives to reduce stress and cultivate overall well-being. Focusing on both mental and physical relaxation, the observance encourages individuals to engage in activities that enable them to destress, unwind and recharge.
